Although not often given to writing "thank you" letters to suppliers, we felt that the exceptional performance of your company certainly warrants it on this occasion.
As you know, we regarded our indoor swimming pool project as a large investment for us and, as a result, we were not only very cautious but probably also quite demanding - although you were polite enough not to point that out! Happily, we are able to state quite unequivocally that we made the right choice in selecting "The Log Chalet and Pool Company" to carry out the work.
At all stages and in all aspects, we found your company most efficient, polite, amenable and professional in performance of this 'turnkey' contract, not only in terms of its management, but also and very importantly in the excellent team of staff you employ to work on site. They were a pleasure to have at our house for several weeks and could not have done more to ensure the finished article was first class and met, or exceeded, all our expectations.
We also very much appreciated your clear cut "total price" and the complete absence of doubtful extras that are so common in building works of all types.
You have a new "delighted customer" to add to your list and we would be more than happy for this letter to be shown to any potential customers in the future.

It is now nearly six months since our swimming pool complex was installed and I write to say how delighted we both are at the final result. The pool has been used most days throughout the winter and we and our family and friends are looking forward to a summer "season"
We particularly value the advice you gave on the setting for the complex. Having given you a site for the installation in a specific area of our garden your ideas on how it could best be set off with terracing, steps and landscaping have been greatly appreciated. The levelling of the top area and the substitution of the sleepers in the place of brick walls has provided a setting which we feel is not only unusual but labour saving in terms of garden maintenance. Already the low growing conifers, ivy and bulbs we planted are settled and the whole terrace area already seems mature. With some further attention in the spring the terrace area will be colourful as well as secluded in the months to come.
The building complex is impressive and the large windows and particularly the delightful cupola glass roof section give a supurb impression. It is a delight to look at and at the same time both unobtrusive and unostentatious. This is precisely the outcome we sought to achieve.
Thank you again for your help. If we move home we will know where to come for our next pool complex!

As I have indicated to you during the course of construction, I want to express my great pleasure with the way in which your company has tackled this project. This has been significant against the background of atrocious weather, when quite frankly you could have reasonably expected to excuse time over-runs, etc.
The people who have been responsible for the project have been extraordinarily co-operative, have achieved the highest standards of workmanship, and the end product is absolutely delightful. It seems that nothing has been too much trouble for them and the finished complex exceeds our highest expectation.
Obviously you can see that I am a very satisfied client and thus I wish you and your company every success in the future.
