Prices quoted on this website include the following important considerations:
All Inclusive prices
i.e. no additional charge made, as these are included within our prices.

1. Soil removed from site
2. All relevant service connections: electricity, gas, water, etc.
3. Payment of all local authority fees.
4. Full architectural and structural plans as necessary.
5. All buildings have internal changing room.
6. Full double-glazing and safety glass in all models.
7. Fully insulated roof in all models.
8. Semi-automatic brominator on all models.
9. Splashproof sockets and internal lighting (as deemed necessary).
10. All gutters, downpipes and soakaways .
11. Foundation excavations to 1.5m included.
12. Complete turnkey operation.

All our prices include VAT @ 17.5%.
Prices are for installation within 50-mile radius of Reigate, Surrey.
Over 50 miles add 3-5% to the basic package price: This to assist with travel or subsistence allowance.
Site visits and estimates are free of charge up to a distance of 50 miles from Reigate Surrey. Beyond this distance we charge a nominal £100 which is refundable against an order.
We can build to individual specifications to meet most requirements including commercial installations.
Our Show Site is open seven days a week: six fully equipped show buildings plus our warehouse/showroom for chemicals and accessories.

Exclusions
1. All dimensions stated are nominal.
2. We have not included for excavating in unsuitable materials that cannot be removed by normal excavation methods. i.e. running sand, rock or removal of underground services or obstructions. Generally we have not allowed for excavation in, or building on, conditions which are not load-bearing, nor catered for underground obstructions such as pipes, cables, solid rock, brickwork, all of which cannot be foreseen at this stage.
3. No allowance has been made for any works resulting from high water tables or underground springs.
4. No allowance has been made for re-routing due to obstructions or services.
5. We have not allowed for any extra work that may be required by the Building Inspector as a result of soil conditions. You may wish to have trial bore samples taken to determine sub-soil and if this is the case, could you please speak with our representative.
6. We have not allowed for the removal of trees, nor for the effect trees may have on our foundation work in the form of root growth damage of shrinkable subsoils.
7. Landscaping, paving or turfing.
8. Fittings or furnishings.
9. We have assumed that there are adequate mains services available on site. Any upgrading of services not included in our prices.

10. Service runs (gas, water, electricity) over 10 metres.
