Combined pool hall and games room

This is a recent addition to our range of buildings, but one that is proving to be very popular.

It is constructed in a typical Pavilion style, using our nominal 2" thick, pressure treated Redwood log; the roof to have a 15 deg. pitch, hip ended design and to be fitted with a small central clock tower. The Georgian design doors and windows are all fully double-glazed. A special feature is the 5'0" roof overhang, creating a veranda complete with timber decking floor and balustrading.

Although the interior may be adapted to suit individual requirements, we are proposing and including within the price the following:

The interior will be divided into two sections. In one section we will construct a 19' x 10' x 5' deep pool, which can be extended to 24' x 10'. This is separated by partially glazed internal wall from a room which can be used as a gym containing a sauna and spa, games room or simply a snooker room. We will include a WC, shower and changing area, which can be accessed from both rooms. Glazed roof extra.
