Natural Cedar Shingles
This is a very worthwhile option, which in itself incorporates a high level of insulation as well as giving a most attractive, rustic appearance to the building by the use of these natural cedar timber tiles which are, in turn, set on battens.

Cedar Shingles
Clay Tiles
We can probably produce a near match to the tiling on your roof. It will entail a steeper pitch but this can generally be accommodated within the building design, maintaining no more than a 4m building height. Our normal roof pitch is 15 deg. Where lightweight clay tiles are used the roof pitch increases to 22.5 deg.

Stone Copings
These are 9" moulded bull-nosed copings used with the inground pool. When laying these we use a white sand and cement mortar.

Full Mosaic with motifs
For the real luxury touch a mosaic pool is hard to beat. We would recommend a colour of Mediterranean blend of blue with highlights of dark sapphire in a Roman Key design around the waterline. We normally incorporate integral steps when mosaicing a pool, and if required we include a large dolphin motif at the base of the pool.

Swim Jet
This allows you to exercise and have fun in a small pool by swimming against a strong counter current.

Swim Jet
Fibreglass Step Unit
This is used to create easy access to the pool when a liner is used. Normally approximately 6' wide and 4' deep, situated into the floor area. The water will lap into these steps.

Portable Octagonal Spa
This is made from high-grade acrylic, vacuum formed and backed with fibreglass for strength. It is mounted in a high quality Redwood cabinet and is fitted with two speed pump, air blower, filter cartridge, 2kW electric heater and cover. This unit is self contained and very easily installed.
Portable Inground spa
Inground Spa
This is operated separately from the pool by means of a spa pack with an individual 6kW electric heater. It consists of a 2-speed pump with blower, air jets and water jets, semi-automatic chemical feeder and insulation cover. The spa sits at ground level and therefore is an attractive and inviting addition to the pool hall.

Aquatronic Automatic Pool Roller with Cover and Leading Edge
This electric roller can be operated by key switch or remote radio control and takes a great deal of the labour out of covering and uncovering the pool. The unit is supplied with a toughened 5' aluminum barrel which includes a special cover connecting groove avoiding the use of straps. We include and fit a good quality cover with a leading edge, which assists easy movement within the water.

Shower
This usually comprises white shower tray with drainage trap, water mixer unit that in turn is operated normally by means of the pool combination boiler, the walls are fitted with a combination of white shower board and glass panels, including a glass door. Drainage can be by Saniflow system, pumped to the nearest inspection chamber.

Shower

Sun Deck Rubber Flooring
This is a rubber granule compound, hand trowelled on to the screeded floor and gives an attractive, hardwearing and comfortable, non-slip finish. There is a wide choice of colours - generally a blend of two or three to give a softer effect.

Sun Deck Rubber Flooring

Sauna
Made from kiln-dried timber and includes boxed in benches and wooden floor grating. Also normally includes the 6kW stove with stones, wooden pail with ladle and sauna light.

Roldeck Cover
This is the safety cover with slatted sections similar to a Venetian blind, giving the ultimate in security, heat insulation, evaporation control, durability and aesthetic appearance. The cover normally sits within a pit below floor level.

UPVC Sliding Doors and Windows
Another option to further enhance the overall appearance of the installation, available in white or brown. These are low maintenance, possibly matching your house.

UPVC Doors and Windows
Auto Water Leveller
This allows the pool to automatically top-up to replace water lost through evaporation or splashing without the necessity of continually filling up by hose.
Underwater Light
Underwater light complete with transformer, gives a soft illumination to the pool hall without the necessity of using the overhead lighting.

Pool with Deep End
Normally our pools are 5' deep overall, which give a very good, comfortable swimming depth. However, if a deep end is required, say 3'6" to 6'6", this is an option.

WC
This is within a separate cubicle and incorporates a white, low-level suite plus a small, wall hung hand basin. We also include either an extractor fan or a small, top hinged window with obscure glass. The system is normally operated by means of a Saniflow and pumped to the nearest inspection chamber.

Extended Plant Room
This is 15' x 5'6" and incorporates the 7' x 5'6" plant room, with external access, plus a 8' x 5'6" additional changing area to accommodate WC, shower, or whatever is required, access from the pool hall.

Roof Insulation
56mm layer of insulation on ply with vapour barrier. This sits between the timber ceiling and the roofing felt, which is then covered with bitumised shingle tiles and gives a very high level of insulation to the roof, which is naturally the most vulnerable to heat loss.

Sens-R-Trol Auto Chemical Feeder
This is a semi-automatic system, which will help control the chlorine or bromine level in the pool. It is a combined sensor and electronic control, which must be used in conjunction with a brominator or chlorinator. It does not control the pH level. The Rainbow chlorinator or brominator is fitted as standard.

Variations
These are a some of the variations that can be made to most of our buildings to make them more unique.

Stonecladding
One of a variety of external finishes available including brick cladding or cement particleboard, which in turn can be rendered to match the house finish. These finishes are installed once our normal log building has been erected as a further enhancement and helps in matching, where required, the style of the main house.

Stone Cladding
Timber Decking and Balustrading
For an up-to-the-minute, stylish finish we can provide external decking and, if required, balustrading, as opposed to paving. We use non-slip finish, tanalised timbers set on tanalised under joists.
Timber Decking
Trusses
Trusses, which give an attractive barn-like appearance. These would normally be used on a slightly higher pitched roof. These trusses combined with a gable ended roof and high-level glass within the gable end, also create a very attractive and different appearance.

Conservatory Extension Available with Most Models
This normally extends approximately 10' by 10' and comprises a front pair of casement doors and four patio windows, two on each side. We can, alternatively, create a more formal, gable-fronted extension, which is square in appearance with a high glazed gable front.
Conservatory Extension
Integral Leisure or Gym Area
On any of our models we can divide the pool hall from a further room by means of log walling with integral double glazed patio windows which assists in creating a gym or relaxation area which is not completely cut off from the main pool hall.

'L' shaped  Feature Design
This is a further example of the flexibility of our design and could incorporate the pool hall with an 'L' shaped relaxation, games or gym area.

Large Conservatory Bell-Shaped End
A further example of the flexibility of the design available. The combination of patio doors and windows angled to form a bell shape at one end of the pool hall.

Curved Inlay Window Tops
These are formed using timber and can be used to soften the normal square design.

Flexible Door and Window Layout
We can provide additional doors and windows to further open the pool building to whichever direction it is felt desirable and appropriate for the position of the building.

Weather Boarding
This building features a weather boarded exterior finish to give a barn like effect. The weather boarding is laid over our usual tongue and groove to give further insulation. Here it is combined with cedar shingle roofing.

Customised Buildings - this is a different type
We can provide customised buildings to meet your needs. We can supply architects plans and drawings if you are interested in a custom building, such as this 60m building with brick facing and clay tiles, based upon our standard Sunvista package.
