Clay Tiles We can probably produce a near match to the tiling on your roof. It will entail a steeper pitch but this can generally be accommodated within the building design, maintaining no more than a 4m building height. Our normal roof pitch is 15 deg. Where lightweight clay tiles are used the roof pitch increases to 22.5 deg. |

| Portable
Octagonal Spa This is made from high-grade acrylic, vacuum formed and backed with fibreglass for strength. It is mounted in a high quality Redwood cabinet and is fitted with two speed pump, air blower, filter cartridge, 2kW electric heater and cover. This unit is self contained and very easily installed. |

| Inground
Spa This is operated separately from the pool by means of a spa pack with an individual 6kW electric heater. It consists of a 2-speed pump with blower, air jets and water jets, semi-automatic chemical feeder and insulation cover. The spa sits at ground level and therefore is an attractive and inviting addition to the pool hall. |

| WC This is within a separate cubicle and incorporates a white, low-level suite plus a small, wall hung hand basin. We also include either an extractor fan or a small, top hinged window with obscure glass. The system is normally operated by means of a Saniflow and pumped to the nearest inspection chamber. |

| Roof
Insulation 56mm layer of insulation on ply with vapour barrier. This sits between the timber ceiling and the roofing felt, which is then covered with bitumised shingle tiles and gives a very high level of insulation to the roof, which is naturally the most vulnerable to heat loss. |

| These are a some of the variations that can be made to most of our buildings to make them more unique. | |

Timber Decking
and Balustrading
For an up-to-the-minute, stylish finish we can provide external decking and, if required, balustrading, as opposed to paving. We use non-slip finish, tanalised timbers set on tanalised under joists. |
|
|
Trusses
Trusses, which give an attractive barn-like appearance. These would normally be used on a slightly higher pitched roof. These trusses combined with a gable ended roof and high-level glass within the gable end, also create a very attractive and different appearance. |
|
| Conservatory
Extension Available with Most Models This normally extends approximately 10' by 10' and comprises a front pair of casement doors and four patio windows, two on each side. We can, alternatively, create a more formal, gable-fronted extension, which is square in appearance with a high glazed gable front. |
|
|
Integral Leisure
or Gym Area
On any of our models we can divide the pool hall from a further room by means of log walling with integral double glazed patio windows which assists in creating a gym or relaxation area which is not completely cut off from the main pool hall. |
|
| 'L'
shaped Feature Design This is a further example of the flexibility of our design and could incorporate the pool hall with an 'L' shaped relaxation, games or gym area. |
|
| Large
Conservatory Bell-Shaped End A further example of the flexibility of the design available. The combination of patio doors and windows angled to form a bell shape at one end of the pool hall. |
|
| Curved
Inlay Window Tops These are formed using timber and can be used to soften the normal square design. |
|
| Flexible
Door and Window Layout We can provide additional doors and windows to further open the pool building to whichever direction it is felt desirable and appropriate for the position of the building. |
